Called to become the habitation of God

What is the condition of your heart before a holy God?

If you cannot be transparent, honest and real with God then you cannot walk in the light of His truth. Freedom can only come if you embrace truth through humility by realizing that His ways are not the ways of man. God’s mission and desire is to set us free from the deception of our fallen ways and to bring us into intimate heart fellowship with himself.

Are we the habitation of God or the habitation of devils?

God does not go strolling with the devil.

We must seek to be delivered from everything which is not of Him that seeks to destroy us and keep us in bondage.

Freedom can only come if we allow ourselves to be exposed in the light of His Presence and His truth.

It’s a humble wonder and realization to realize that Almighty God relentlessly
pursues us until He finally gets our attention but it’s also a very sad thing that most of us need to be brought into desperate circumstances before we look up. Man is such a rebellious stubborn sinner stuck within himself and his own lustful ways and brokenness and many times only responds and listens when faced with extinction.

The reality is that God gave you a life to live it in pursuit of Him, THROUGH PURE MOTIVES, because He is the ultimate gift, reward and prize, but are you willing to humble yourself and acknowledge your great need of His divine intervention on your behalf to deliver you of yourself and your stubborn ways which blinds you to His beauty, love and glory?

Isaiah 55:6 Seek the LORD while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.
8 For My thoughts [are] not your thoughts, nor your ways My ways, says the LORD. 9 For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

Renewal and transformation is required to be brought into the ways of the God whose habitation is holiness.

Ephesians 5

1 Therefore be followers of God, as dear children.
2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given Himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savor.
3 For let fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness not be once named among you, as becomes saints,
4 neither baseness, foolish talking, jesting, which are not becoming, but rather giving of thanks.
5 For you know this, that no fornicator, or unclean person, or covetous [one] (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the children of disobedience.
7 Therefore do not be partakers with them.
8 For you were once darkness, but now [you are] light in [the] Lord; walk as children of light
9 (for the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth),
10 proving what is acceptable to the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest [is] light.
14 Therefore he says, Awake, sleeping ones! And arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light.
15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord [is].
18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit,
19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.

His bride only dances to the tune of His Spirit and they yield themselves entirely to the influence of His love.

After a 12 day fast Yeshua Jesus spoke the following to me through a powerful divine encounter “Did I not say in John 14 that I would come to those who demonstrate their devotion toward Me through an obedient heart? (John 14:21-24)

Yes indeed, I love to inhabit a holy surrendered heart because so I have ordained it to be My eternal resting place. This is why I call those who love Me the temple of the Lord.

Their hearts becomes the altar of eternal worship in the kingdom of My Father and their devotion towards us is like sweet incense before My throne.

I treasure a heart devoted towards Me because My love fills such a heart and is the greatest gift to man.”

God’s love can only fill a heart that’s been emptied of self.

Can you fill a cup that’s already full?

Can the love of God be shed abroad in a heart that’s already filled with desires contrary to God?

Romans 12

1 I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, [which is] your reasonable service.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what [is] that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

Where satan can blind you, he can also bind you. Jesus came to set the captives free but if we live in ignorance of our true condition before God then our deception and bondage remains. There is a condition that we have to meet in our pursuit and relationship with God if we truly desire to experience the kind of freedom that only He can work in us.

Did He not declare in John 8:31 If you continue in My word, then are you My disciples indeed; 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

If you continue in My word; This means that we embrace James 1:21 Therefore put away all filthiness and extreme wickedness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be you doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror: 24 For he beholds himself, and goes his way, and immediately forgets what manner of man he was. 25 But whoever looks into the perfect law of liberty, and continues in it, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. 26 If any man among you seems to be religious, and bridles not his tongue, but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

God is truth and His truth sets us free if we allow Him to bring us into agreement with himself. It’s of upmost importance that you pray according to the scriptures every time you fellowship with God through His word. The word is a talking mirror that exposes our true condition before God and we can only be brought into the manifestation and reality of His truth as living expressions of His truth when He works it into us like a skillful potter.

As He declared to me once during a time of intimate personal worship in the privacy of my room – “IT’S WHAT THE LORD HAS WROUGHT INTO YOU”

That word “WROUGHT” is the essence by which we are changed into the image and likeness of Christ. This is the reality and the power of the New Covenant established in His blood. We need a divine invasion of Him as the living Word of God by which we are conformed to the standard of Christ.

This is exactly the meaning of Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, but all things [are] naked and opened to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
14 Since then we have a great High Priest who has passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast [our] profession.
15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, but was in all points tempted just as we are, yet without sin.
16 Therefore let us come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

I love what God said to me about this fact, “You were a success story before you were born because your book is already written in heaven. My word does not stop in the Bible because it carries on in you. Now you will discover it as your life unfolds in Me. First the word becomes flesh within you through your obedience and relationship-building with the Word (Jesus), next you become filled with the Holy Spirit because the Word and the Spirit are one and the Spirit manifests the life of the Word in you. Then you become the voice and the operation of the Word by the power of God through the leading of the Holy Spirit. In God you become the authority.”

Are you willing to allow yourself to be conformed to the likeness and image of Christ as the WORKMANSHIP of the God of love?

We all need constant transformation and change as He desires to take us from glory to glory, from faith to faith and strength to strength until we are unshakable, unbreakable, impenetrable, unchangeable and incomprehensible.

2 Corinthians 6:16 For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said, I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
17 Therefore come out from among them and be separated, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing. And I will receive you
18 and I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says [the] Lord Almighty.

Cry out to Him today to bring you into the glory and the freedom of His holy Presence as a cleansed and purified temple, tabernacle, dwelling and resting place of God.

Isaiah 66

1 So says the LORD, Heaven [is] My throne, and earth My footstool. Where, then, [is] the house that you build for Me? And where [is] the place of My rest?
2 For all those My hand has made, and all those exist, says the LORD. But to this one I will look, to the afflicted and contrite spirit, and the one who trembles at My word.

Joh 8:12 Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the
world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 1:5 And this is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
7 But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us.

Galatians 5:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
